JOHNSON TO REPRESENT ANDALUSIA UTILITIES BOARD ON POWERSOUTH BOARD OF TRUSTEES


ANDALUSIA, ALA. – Mayor Earl Johnson of Andalusia, Ala., has been elected to represent the Andalusia Utilities Board on the PowerSouth Board of Trustees. Johnson’s appointment was approved at PowerSouth’s Nov. 21 board meeting.

Johnson will replace Jerry Andrews on the Finance and Audit, and Member Relations and Strategic Planning committees.

Johnson is an attorney-at-law and is actively involved in the Andalusia Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce and the Covington County Habitat for Humanity. He and his wife, Sylvia, are members of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Troy University, Juris Doctorate from Samford University and Legum Doctorate from Troy University.
